We want you to be happy with Better Listings. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all paid purchases — credit packs and Pro subscriptions.

Eligibility

If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of the order date. For subscriptions, this applies to your most recent renewal.

How to Request a Refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle. To request a refund:

• Visit paddle.net and locate your order, or
• Email us at betterlistings@outlook.com with your order number and we will assist.

Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days back to the original payment method.

Cancellations

You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time from the customer portal. Cancelling stops future renewals; your Pro access continues until the end of the current billing period.
